The Recovery Direct centres include two multi-function luxury facilities that each host a dynamic of shared rooms for more budget-conscious patients, executive private suites, private and group consultation rooms or an entire facility for advanced family systems therapy bookings.
Rooms feature fireplaces, underfloor heating, luxury bath, gym and shower facilities. Between the facilities, we have two oversized swimming pools, saunas, beautifully maintained gardens and rest areas that play into the intent for relaxed living environments guest house villas shadowed by the Constantiaberg mountain range. Our centre is supplied by a naturally occurring mineral water spring, which is more than safe to drink and is actually accredited, bottled and sold as mineral water in local restaurants and exclusive hotels.
The rooms are divided according to male / female split and we make special room accommodations available depending on the living dynamics within the community and availability. So in off-seasons, some patients pay for the shared accommodation stays yet land up staying in a private suite and some patients prefer to be in the group dynamic of the centre. With individual treatment, we try to adopt solutions that are most beneficial to the journey of each person. Our staff take care of room cleaning, laundry and ensure that your experience is focused on your recovery and nothing else. We don't restrict internet or cell phone usage or enact other childish, punitive "house rules" of other "rehab centres".
The entire facility is monitored by security cameras and there is a 24h guard and perimeter control security guard in place. The centre has a dedicated driver and vehicle to transport patients in and around Johannesburg and to manage incidentals, visits to health care professionals or whatever needs they may require.
All food is prepared by our chef and catering team that prepare delicious healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks and special catering around more specific dietary needs of individual patients. All food is certified halaal and is mostly prepared from local organic produce from the neighbouring farm community markets.
